EasyPicShare Pricing

Terms of Service

Last updated 23 July 2026.

These terms cover using EasyPicShare. They are meant to be read, so they are written plainly. Using the site means you agree to them.

What the Service Is

EasyPicShare shows a QR code on a screen so guests at an event can add photos to a live slideshow. A host creates an event; guests scan a code and add photos without an account. Everything the service does is described in these terms and the privacy policy.

Accounts

Hosting an event needs an account, made by signing in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the events you create. Do not use someone else's account, and keep your own sign-in secure.

What You Pay For

A free event is limited in size. A paid event is bought once, for that one event, at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment upgrades the single event you bought it for; it does not carry to any other event.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Refunds

Because an event is deleted 90 days after its date, refunds are tied to whether the event has run:

What You May Not Upload

You and your guests are responsible for the photos and videos added to an event. Do not add anything that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, that is sexual content involving minors, or that harasses or exposes a private person. We can remove content and close an event that breaks this, without a refund.

A host controls their own event and can hide or delete any photo in it. An event link is unguessable but not private in the password sense: treat it like an unlisted video, and share it only with people you want adding to and seeing the album.

Who Owns the Photos

You and your guests keep ownership of everything you add. Uploading grants us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your photos, show them on the slideshow, and let guests browse them where the plan allows, until the event is deleted. We claim nothing beyond that and use your photos for nothing else.

The Thirty-Day Limit

Every event, and everything in it, is deleted 90 days after the event date. This is automatic and cannot be turned off. Save anything you want to keep before then. We are not responsible for content lost to this deletion, so the responsibility to save in time is yours.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, especially the slideshow during an event, but we cannot promise it is never interrupted. It is provided as is. Where something is within our control and goes wrong, the refund terms above apply. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the event in question.

Changes and Ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be reasonable. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service. You can stop using EasyPicShare at any time and delete your events yourself.
